Motivation
I Chose Mining and Blacksmithing as a combination because of the crafting, and as for the mining, the profit (gold)

Why do you apply to Elunes Elite? : Because I wish to progress, and wish to acompany you in doing the same.

What do you expect from Elunes Elite? : I expect at least some progress.. I'm not saying that i expect this and that, because i'm not that kind of person, but of course I expect some sort of progression.

Why should Elunes Elite take you aboard? What will you bring to the guild? : I believe that I could bring some good DPS and some tanking (maybe healing) to the table. I really wanna help in all the ways I can.

What is your goal in WoW? : My Goal in WoW is to not have a goal. What I mean by this is that I think the game is best played when you dont have an excact goal for it. Of course you will always have some sort of goal when it comes to raids and stuff.. If you don't you're kinda silly, but in general thinking of the game, I don't have a goal, other than having fun with it.

Any friends in Elunes Elite? : Sorry, no.

Every played/raided with members from Elunes Elite? : Not that I recall.

Previous Guild experiences
I have had my own guild in the past time, but I kinda got tired of being the GM and leader of everything myself. So I have tried to get into some guilds lately, without luck.

What were your previous guilds? Why did you leave / get kicked / ....? :
Mentioned above. One was called "Bring the Pain" and I don't remember the other one. ^^

What is your current guild? :none.

Do you have any pending applications with other guilds? : No.

Raids

What kind of raider would you consider yourself to be? (hardcore, casual, ...) : Casual with a tend to hardcore.

When are you available for raids? (Give exact days and hours please) : Almost every day, from around 19.30 to 01.00. (incl. weekends)

Do you have any raid experience, and if so in which instances? : ICC10: 9 bosses | ICC25: 8 Bosses. | ToC10/25: 5 bosses (obviously)

As a trial/raider you are expected to make use of epic gems in your gear and have the best enchants in game. We also ask a full preparation for raids, especially for progress raids. What do you bring to the raid? : I usually always bring flasks, Mana potions, Fish Feasts, Drums of blablabla.. well.. everything ever needed.

What is the rotation you use in a raid to fulfill your role as best as you can? : I as most paladins don't use an excact rotation, but morely a priority-system.

We raid thursday+sunday at 19:00 to 22:30. I read you can only start from 19:30?

And how is your gear as prot.

Well. If nessesary I can probably start at 19.. No problem..
And my gear as Prot is GS 5226.. Could increase by getting some prot gear here and there in ICC, and by spending Emblems on it if needed...

about your application, Cordelia already pointed out the important issues and it is nice to see you are answering our questions swiftly. To explain in further detail :
- like Cordelia said, our raids start at 19:00 and attendance is required in a raiding guild. If you can be online at that time, that issue is resolved obviously.
- we have one retridin in the guild at the moment and our protection paladin is not being active in our raids. This means we have a certain spot for a palatanker but not a guaranteed spot in the 10m, just in our 25m (which starts next reset). The options then are : 1) you gear up and read up about tanking as fast as you can to have a certain spot in the 10m aswell or 2) you stay retridin and can not always be included in the 10m we have atm and wait patiently with other dps-classes until we have 2 x10m running (which would require more tanks inguild obviously, something we are trying to fix).

Let us know your 2 cents about it and we'll see where it goes Thanks for showing interest in our guild in any case, hopefully we can find a solution which satisfies all parties involved.

Well, I would be honored to join the guild, even if it is just as ret. And of course I will always be helping out with my tanking whenever it is needed.
I my choice would be number 2, but as mentioned, I will still be helping if you have any tanking problems.

So, can I join?

We need to talk about it in the guild(officers), so be patient.

+ amyrlin tried to tell you that tank is mainly what we need. Ret is not a needed class for us atm.

Yeah I got that, but she/he also made it sound like the 2. point was an option.

Anyway, I can't get geared enough for tanking ICC by next Reset.. That's simply not possible I think.. And also, I don't really know the tacts for it.. (Although that's something I could easily find out, as one of my best irl friends are an epic tank).

Kinda late to add, but I'll update it anyways : in the meantime, Anders has been accepted in the guild, taking in account the current prot vs retridin situation as explained in the replies.
